Notes

Rentals are for a minimum of one full week, inclusive of Electricity, Water, Cable TV, use of Bed Linen & Towels, local Telephone Calls,

High Speed Internet Access (need to bring own laptop), all local taxes and a final departure clean at the end of a rental period.

Additional Cleans at £70 / $110 / €80 if required.

Rentals accepted for families only – no single sex groups or groups of young people under 25 will be accepted.

Saturday to Saturday bookings are prefered in High Season

No Pets allowed & the Villa is a Non Smoking environment.

Electric Pool Heating available at £75 / $125 / €85 per weekly rental

Safety Features

Smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are provided.

Child alarms to all doors leading to pool area (switchable on or off as required)

Fully approved Rental Licence provided by Florida State Authorities
